With more than 25 years of experience supporting new parents, Charity is passionate about helping families navigate the beautiful, yet often overwhelming, transition into parenthood. As a mother of eight, she brings both extensive professional experience and a deep personal understanding of the postpartum journey. She recognizes that the early weeks with a new baby can be filled with joy, exhaustion, uncertainty, and countless questions, and she has dedicated her career to ensuring families feel supported, confident, and cared for during this precious season.

Throughout her career, Charity has supported a diverse range of families, including high-profile clients, families with multiples, medically fragile newborns, adoptive families, surrogate families, and single mothers. Her experience has shaped her belief that every family deserves compassionate, individualized care that honors their unique needs, values, and parenting philosophies.

As the founder of Simply Newborns, Charity carefully connects families with experienced, compassionate Newborn Care Specialists and Postpartum Doulas who provide personalized support during the fourth trimester. Her mission is to help parents rest, recover, build confidence, and adjust to life with their new baby while knowing they have a trusted professional by their side.
